CHARAPA

i thought a charapa was a turtle, from like South America or something, but what would a turtle have to do with this car, so i looked into it further, and it seems it is slang for a woman from Peru who is quite attractive and has a high hormonal level and libido, allegedly exotic as well, so i see this young lady was trying to express all that with just a license plate, i assume she is quite attractive, will have to keep my eye out for her...
