now this is a good one, cause you really don't know what it means, maybe they live upstairs, or they were born upstairs, or it's a reference to the big guy upstairs, you know, the biblical reference to the supposed figure in the clouds, but for me it makes me think of the Nicolas Cage, Jon Lovitz, Dana Carvey movie Trapped in Paradise with the character Sarah Upstairs, because she lives upstairs, so i'm gonna assume this is Sarah's car
