now this was on a big SUV, all blacked and chromed out, trying to look all badass is my assumption, and a pretty decent plate, i am liking the overall thought, but what really gets me is the paw prints around the license plate holder, how badass can you look with animal paw prints around your plate, i guess he is showing his soft side sentimental side, just seems more like a Chihuahua than a Doberman
