this doctor is just the number one doctor, he is the number one number one doctor, better than any old just number one doctor, but perhaps its a couple of doctors, being plural and all, they are both the number one doctors, but through laws of logic, there cannot be more than one number one, so technically one would be one and the other would be two, but the better one obviously does not want to be mean to number two

obviously this guy only drives on one highway, must just go back a forth, be pretty boring, california state route one (from orange county to leggett, california) is often called highway one, but that may be a continental stretch, perhaps it is a poor jab at u.s. route one (from key west, florida to fort kent, maine) pretty much paralleling interstate 95, possibly confusing a route with a highway, or just highway one is his favorite

it's Lisa's brother Tommy, but he is 301 not 311, both have red minivans and name/number plates, definitely must be related, maybe fraternal twins or some really close cousins, ya know maybe like kissing cousins, with the only difference being a 0 and 1

now i'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume this broads name is Lisa, and she is either the biggest fan of the band 311 or the biggest proponent of NYC non emergency 311 information line, maybe her name is 311 and her favorite person is LISA, but i think she is related to Tommy

it's the DEL DR, lucky too cause my DEL was getting sick, and he drove all the way from california just to treat me, i think it is extremely important to note, that no amount of snow which could affect my and others safety would stop me from taking a photograph of a custom plate

okay not a single letter or number, but both, a single letter and a single number, obviously this guy is a techie or computer guy and his favorite key on his keyboard is the F 9 function key, maybe his last car was an E 9 or an F 8, hmmmm that's a tough one

okay this is a really cool one, i have seen the single H in ny before, but there are only 12 numbers before 12, so this is really unique and probably hard to get, think i'm kind of jealous, wonder if this guy has the 11 or the 13, maybe it's his twelfth mercedes, or even better, it's his twelfths wife's car

okay so this is not mine, got it from scrubs on the abc, but it's a great plate, for every extreme doctor with a dirty jeep who drives safely, not just any extreme, but doctor extreme

this is obviously a reference to Saved by the Bell, Valley was the rivalry high school of Bayside, and the 8 represents the cast, (seven plus tori makes eight), on a lesser chance, perhaps it is a reference to silicon or death valley, but that is boring, definitely has to be a bodacious Bayside brouhaha shout out, GO TIGERS!

definitely has to be Emmanuel Lewis' car, he was the one webster, or maybe his first car, with like a phonebook on the drivers seat to see over the dash board and plungers roped to his legs so he can use the pedals, or maybe it's Merriam's car (total dictionary shout out)

now this guy has a great plate, i mean well, maybe it's not that good if he is looking for a job, that probably would not be what a future boss would want to see about you, and not exactly the cheapest vehicle in the world, so they must have worked sometime in their life, unless perhaps they got a sugar mama, a hot broad who buys them a truck, that's a good deal, i gotta get me one of those

now if this doesn't scream irony i don't know what does, cause nothing says feisty more than a minivan, i mean this guy must be majorly feisty, really, i mean look at the color of the feisty-mobile, minivans are uber-feisty

perhaps this feller is a lawyer, yuck, or maybe it's a biblical reference to the big 10 laws, you know those little laws on those two tablets, or maybe it is plural, like ten's law, ten is law, maybe they were at nine for a while, but now they are at ten, maybe it's ten shitty lawyers, or ten successful lawyers, or ten SUPER lawyers, or maybe this guy picked his favorite 10 laws that begin with S to live by, what's an S law anyways?

now this guy/gal has at least 5bfs in their life, maybe they got 5 boyfriends, maybe they got 5 best friends, maybe they are imaginary friends, maybe they trying to portray they got 5 somethings but really don't, this is their propaganda plate, maybe there is a 1bfs, 2bfs, 3bfs and 4bfs, all the cars with said plates, all the friends numbered 1 thru 5, now that would be cool

UPSTAIRS

now this is a good one, cause you really don't know what it means, maybe they live upstairs, or they were born upstairs, or it's a reference to the big guy upstairs, you know, the biblical reference to the supposed figure in the clouds, but for me it makes me think of the Nicolas Cage, Jon Lovitz, Dana Carvey movie Trapped in Paradise with the character Sarah Upstairs, because she lives upstairs, so i'm gonna assume this is Sarah's car

now here is a religious feller, psalm112, This psalm is an acrostic poem, the lines of which begin with the successive letters of the Hebrew alphabet, and this guy in his ford is obviously very religious, probably a pastor or a priest or a clergy or a rabbi or an atheist with a great sense of humor, that must be it, some non-religious guy who is just messing with everyone on the road, be funny if it was a criminals car, that would be quite ironical

well apparently this guy has some pretty decent children, but i'm not sure how many, and i'm not sure how positive or negative they feel towards them, i mean this plate is so hard to decipher, i mean maybe this is the octomom's car, or jon and kate's car, ya know, they could have lots of kids, but only two of them are great, the rest are little brats, yea that must be it

the irony here is perfect for me, et cetera, et cetera, because you know you always say etcetera more than once, and since it commonly means and so on and so on, it is poignant how this guy got it twice on his plates, looks like a guy with a decent sense of humor to me, etc etc etc etc
